Technology - Flash Détente
Florihana distillery has developed a Unique Distillation Process called Flash Détente that allows essential oil to be obtained through steam distillation at very low temperature between 40°C to 80°C.
This prevents decomposition of volatile elements and maintains molecules characteristic of the plants.
Hydrolats Cleanliness
Florihana distillery has been specialist in distilling hydrosols / hydrolats for more than 20 years. With the unique distillation process, Florihana Hydrosol contains high level of aromatic molecules.
Florihana guarantees impeccable microbiological cleanliness of all hydrosols with their stainless steel and glass system as well as bottle filling procedure which includes the disinfection of all our bottles and caps with organic alcohol. Microbiological testing is systematically performed for all batches of product with publishing of analysis reports results.
Test Analysis
With over 20 years of experience in the distillation of aromatherapy products, Florihana is committed to strict quality control with high quality standards for manufacturing, filling and packing process. GC/MS analyses are made by a third-party laboratory for determination of fatty acids, essential chemotypes etc. The results are published and are traceable for all batches of products.
